ANZ Localization update 18May22 Date Received on Bills

I'm going through https://community.oracle.com/netsuite/discussion/4475544/anz-localization-suiteapp-manual-changes-required-to-enable-date-received-field-on-bills at the request of a customer, but have noticed that the script in question is locked, so changes/updates cannot be made to this script. I'm in the sandbox and to be fair, it's not yet 24May22, but will these instructions be correct post 24-May?
