Contacts User Notes sync with Customers User Notes

Hi.

Somebody know how to sync the User Notes under Communication tab on the Contact to the Customer Record?

This are the notes on the Contact Record:

I am trying to do is: When the users assigns the Company on the Contact Record, these Notes to sync into the Customer Record - Communication tab - Notes.
