Inventory Adjustment CSV Import for Lot Numbered Items

I am trying to import negative adjustments for Lot Numbered Items. I understand that I need to map the Lot Number on each adjustment to "Issue Inventory Number" since this is a negative adjustment. I don't see that field on the Field Mapping page. I do see "Receipt Inventory Number" but that is only for positive adjustments.

Any idea why not and how I can import these adjustments?
