triggers to creat a transaction from online form

Hello

What is the way to generate a sales order (or an opportunity) once the customer fill an external web online form


So the work flow will be like this

1- External Online form (no need to login customer center)

2- Create Sales order (pending approval)

3- Creating a drop ship purchase order to a static account for a supplier - based on the sales order
