Multiple Duplicate Results In Warranty Saved Search

I had a problem similar to this before but was able to resolve it. But I haven't been able to resolve this one yet.

I am getting multiple duplicates in my Saved Search Results.

I am using the WARRANTY REGISTRATION Saved Search template to start with.

It is when I add in the fields (requested my management) from the related Invoice that the multiple instances of the result appears in my Saved Search Results.

Since I have to see each serial number, I cannot use Main Line = False.

I have not been able to come up with a solution that produces the WARRANTY REGISTRATION number only once.
