REST API Record Collection Filtering on DateTime (vs just DATE)

Hello,

I can successfully perform REST API Record Collection Filtering on Date but have not been successful using DateTime. Does anyone have an example they can share that works with DateTime.

Here is a subset of the successful GET request query with just Date:

salesOrder?q=createdDate ON_OR_AFTER "12/22/2021"


Note: I have been successful using the POST Query of Tables with DateTime but when doing Record Collection Filtering using similar TO_CHAR formatting I have not been successful.
