Email Case Capture-Extracting Subject Line from Incoming Message
Hi There
I have a workflow on support cases.
When an incoming message is received, the workflow "scans" the body of the message and looks for certain patterns.
Is there a way to have the workflow look for the above pattern in an incoming message's subject line instead of the body of the message?
Or is this only possible to search the subject for the message object (as opposed to the 'incoming message' object) which only exists after record submit?
