Incoming message rendering as plain text

Hi

For all incoming messages in Netsuite, I have noticed that any images used in the body of the message are saved as attachments and the message itself shows a empty square box where the image previously was.


I wanted to confirm, whether this was related to the following

Is there a workaround available so that incoming messages are still shown as html with the images appearing inline in the body of the message? Or is this not possible?
