How many Custom Searches are allowed on dashboard ?

We have one user within NetSuite that added a Custom Search to her dashboard. She is only allowed to add 1 to her dashboard. All other users utilizing the same role are allowed to add up to 6 Custom Searches.

I have reviewed the role, the employee record of the person having this limitation and compared it to other employee records but I don't see a restriction can be defined.

How can I get this person to be able to add more than one Custom Searches like others who can add up to 6 ?
