ODBC Amortization information - future lines and expense account

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:28PM in Ask A Guru 4 comments

I need to get information about all the amortization schedule lines - both future and past (with journal entries)

I am connecting with ODBC to Netsuite2.com so I am looking for exact table / fields names.

I tried the amortizationScheduleRecurrence and also the revRecScheduleRecurrence tables, but they only have records for already created journal entries, not for the future ones.

Maybe it has smth to do with permissions? Or this information is stored elsewhere?

Or it is calculated on the fly in the UI? Id so - then where does the Account coming from? I couldn't find it either (for future records). I need also to know that is the expense account for amortization, even before a journal entry is created. In what table is the definition? (Note: the Vendor Bill has no Item)
