SFTP UI Access

Hello Gurus!

Scenario: I have a situation where SFTP is installed, but I don't see the SFTP tab at the top in the UI, as we do per usual, in admin role. I went to the SFTP record, and it shows the UI access box is unchecked. However, this form seems to be un-editable.

Question: How do I ensure that the tab appears in the UI at the top?
