Training on NetSuite's Address section Regarding CertCapture

We had Avatax and CertCapture linked to our NetSuite account just recently so we're very new to these options. I just noticed that when you're in a customer's account. You click the Edit button, and when you go into the Address section there are select options where you can have the address transfer info to CertCapture, Request Exemption Certificate, Retrieve Certificate(s), etc. Can someone provide info on what these select options does? I can't find any training guides or training videos in either Oracle University, NetSuite Help/Support, Avalara University, and Youtube. It seems simple enough but I prefer a training
