Item Location Configuration form

Hi.

I added another custom fields, customize the form and set it as FORM IS PREFERRED one but when you open the item the page opens on the other one(original). How can I set all the items to open in the desire form(new one).

This is how you see the form. Open any item, scroll all the way down to the window and click Edit on the location. A new window opens with the form.


here is the new form with the Form is Preferred whit the Store Form With Record.
