Cannot Delete a Journal Entry in Admin Role

Hello Gurus!

I have a scenario where I can't delete, in controller or admin role, a JE. There is no "delete" under actions. JE status is "pending approval". Also, I checked and both controller and admin roles have "full" JE permission.

Any thoughts?
