AE:Creating Revenue Recognition Plan from Invoices?

Is it possible to do things like this?

REVENUE RECOGNITION RULE: Create it based on Invoice

REV REC FORECAST RULE: Create it based on Sales Order

REV REC forecast is created by the Sales Order's amount and date information, but the actual REVENUE RECOGNITION journal is created by the Invoice 's amount and date information

We would like to use them as each revenue element source.
