Saved Customer search - showing Groups

Our Customers have been assigned to Customer groups with Lists -> Relationships -> Groups

Now we want to show these groups on a Saved Customer Search. I'm guessing i'll need to use a Formula to get this done, but i can't figure out what that fomula should be.
