different shipping cost between NS and Fedex

Hello,

hope i can find an explanation here, we are using Fedex as a shipping method for our store, the problem is that we noticed that NS is showing higher shipping costs than what we get when we enter the same shipment information on the Fedex website (using our account).

Note: we use real time shipping methods without any discount rates
