Double accounts on bill transaction in GL Impact but I want to keep just one of them

There's an account called accumulated purchases on bill transactions, but every time I try to inactive ou desability it doesn't work when I try to save a new bill transaction it's returned me an error. How can I solve it? Because my controller says that account was not supossed to be there.
