inventory count and mass update

Is it possible to change the number and location of inventory items with lots at once using CSV import, without using Transaction for inventory adjustment or inventory movement, in accordance with NS specifications?

If possible, we would like to use this function when updating a large number of items for inventory adjustments or inventory transfers.

also Please elaborate on the use of inventory count with "Bins"
