Existing customer access to new SCA Webstore
We are launching our new SCA Webstore soon and we are seeking advice and information on how best to handle SCA Webstore customer accounts. Especially regarding customers, who's details we already have in NetSuite.
There doesn't seem to be any direct information in the help files or on SuiteAnswers, that shows what the process is for existing customers and how the webstore and NetSuite handle certain situations.
For instance:
- Is there a way to prevent duplicate customers?
- How does the webstore determine that a customer record already exists?
- Is a customer who already has an account in NetSuite, alerted when trying to sign-up on the Webstore?
