Search for PO pending Receipt but paid fully

Hello Experts,

We are looking to create a saved search for Purchase order which are pending reciept but already fully paid.

Some times some vendors terms are prepay, so we pay them fully even when the PO is still pending reciept.

Can you please help to create this saved search?
