Workflow - Update related record from triggering record

Hello Community,

My use case is, - When a record is saved with a field value, trigger the workflow to update the field in a related record.

Ex. when a customer record is saved with Phone number not empty, trigger workflow to update a related custom record


Is this possible with workflow?
