Default Attachments in Sales Order

Hi Team,

Is it possible to add attachments as default in a sales order?

The use case is that for every sales order there should be a terms of services attachment, so is it possible to have it as a default attachment in the email of every sales order? or include it in page 1 or as a page 2 of the sales order pdf.

Not sure what would work but how do NetSuite usually treat terms of services attachments?
