Time Tracking Approval & Rejection
Dear Community,
This query is regarding an error while approving/rejecting time.
I have been the supervisor for a few of the employees and all this while I was able to approve time by either navigating to Transactions - Employees - Approve Time or by directly clicking on the Approve/Reject button in the time tracking form.
However, recently I'm unable to see any submitted time in the list and also the approve and reject buttons are now greyed out on the form for some reason.
Please see below:
Would it be because the status of the time entered is 'Open' and not 'Pending Approval'?
