Login from fresh browser results in unexpected error

Dear all,

I cannot login from a new browser (ie a browser never used before to login into NS).

I get the 'unexpected error' page: when redirecting after entering credentials:

URL: xxxxxx.app.netsuite.com/app/login/secure/loginchallenge/entry.nl?src_dc=fra-eu3&whence=



Is there a setting blocking new browsers? I can't find a solution..
