Pop Message/Error Message when Specific Value Has been Chosen in PO

Hi All,


I'm looking for a solution to avoid user's mistakes, that they are choosing wrong combinations between region and department in PO lines.

I want to know if it's possible to create with workflow error/notification to the user from the wrong choice.

For example, if he chose department Finance or region EMEA the workflow will show an error.
