QMS - WO completion inspection Lag

Work Order 1 has 40 units of Item A

  • Each Operation has many Inspections associated with it.
  • They required 100% inspection
  • As in each item is required to get inspected before it moves from one operation to another
  • NS can ONLY support 100% inspection on Lot and Serialized items and this lot controlled
  • If the routing has 4 work stations and each station requires inspections
  • I process Unit #1 and complete it with a WO Completion, the inspection request shows up in the queue to execute for the 1st operation
  • Once I process Unit #1 inspection it will move to the 2nd operation to be processed
  • Once I complete Unit #1 on the 2nd operation via a completion it appears NS is not generating an inspection request for unit#1 for the 2nd operation, as would be expected
