Connecting Netsuite to Tableau - datetime format or cdata

Hello,

Using Other Databases (ODBC) and SuiteAnalytics, I was able to connect Netsuite to Tableau, however, I'm receiving this following error message. It looks like DATETIME format is the cause. How can I fix this issue?


There was another forum that mentions using cdata driver from Tableau instead, but I received this following error message. Please advise on how to proceed from this step if Other Database (ODBC) doesn't work.
