Supply Allocation Setup

In the Demand Preferences -> Allocation Timing I have unchecked the PERFORM SUPPLY ALLOCATION AFTER TRANSACTION ENTRY, UPDATE OR DELETE option. When I save the change, but go back into Supply Allocation Setup, the option is checked. Why would that be?
