Packing Slip Missing Item Section again for Sales order and Transfer Order

Last month for Defect 687908 : Packing slip print is missing item section issue was fixed. It only happened for Sales order, transfer order packing slip was good then.

Today 10/11 9:30am PST, this issue happened again. Now both sales order and transfer order packing slip are missing item section completely.

I have created case on our end case number is  4884750.

Can you help to escalate?
