How to display the Tax in Item Fulfillment printout as shown exactly in the Sales Order?

For an account, the rounding setting under tax is set to 'round at a transaction level'


The pdfs are rounding to 4dps (the underlying script) and then showing the result to 2 dp.


however, there is still a $1c difference that the client wants to get rid of


has anyone encountered this sort of issue before?
