I am getting the error "Unable to find a matching line for sublist apply with key: [doc,line]" when trying to import customer payments and the common element within the customer records is they have multiple entities assigned to them. How do I fix my file to allow the payments to be imported?

I currently have memo, external ID, date, customer, A/R account, account, currency, exchange rate, internal ID, payment amount as fields in my import file.
