Security on NSPB jobs triggered from NetSuite

One can set-up NSPB jobs to be triggered from within NetSuite (Planning & Budget->Jobs->Manage Jobs)

This then runs Data management rules or batches

Use case: we have a client who wants to enable users to refresh data extracts from NetSuite during the day.

These jobs are limited to specific subsidiaries - in other words Job1 runs for only Subsidiary X - this is coded in the data management rule

Question:

Can one set-up security on these jobs so they are only visible to to specific users? in other words User ABC can see Job1 but other users cannot?

I can set-up security in NetSuite so a user can see Planning & Budget Manage Jobs or not see Planning & Budget Manage Jobs. When seeing Manage Jobs a user then sees all the jobs,
