How to create a Saved Search to track Transactions Entered in Locked Periods?

Hi Team,

Is there a native report or saved search that will identify transactions entered in a locked period?

Use case is that the company would like to monitor transactions entered in a locked period to keep track with the transaction entered mainly for internal controls and other audit adjustments
