What are the proper permissions that should be given to the custom Advanced Partner Center role?

I have Advanced Partner Center. I also have internal Partner Managers with roles where they have permission to Edit Partner Records. I want to restrict them from granting partner center access. What is the correct permissions setting on the role that would allow someone to edit a partner record and their associated contacts, but not grant access to Adv Partner Center?
