Is it possible to add a spam filter/I'm not a robot checkbox on an online case form?
Does NetSuite have the capabilities of applying a field similar the above on an online case form? Is there a functionality similar to the reCAPTCHA setup that NetSuite uses? Currently the case form being used is standard and isn't a custom HTML form so was wondering if this would have an impact. Are there any other alternative solutions which can be implemented as a replacement?
