What is the behavior of the Inventory features?

I would like to know about Inventory set up below on Set up Tab.

Could you explain a bit more on how to utilise the below features please?

Also, if I want to use a "Landed cost calculation" on NetSuite, do we have to purchase or upgrade our NetSuite?

MAINTAIN AN INVENTORY OF PARTS OR FINISHED GOODS THAT YOU WANT NETSUITE UK

TO TRACK.

MULTI-LOCATION INVENTORY

TRACK INVENTORY FOR MULTIPLE LOCATIONS. MAINTAIN A TOTAL COUNT AND PER-LOCATION COUNT FOR INVENTORY ITEMS.

SALES CHANNEL ALLOCATION

ALLOW CUSTOMERS TO TRACK SALES BY CHANNEL AND ALLOW INVENTORY TO BE SET ASIDE FOR SALE IN SPECIFIC CHANNELS.
