How to resolve ECO Stuck in Pending Status?
I have created an ECO, replacing one item for another on half a dozen BOM's. It seems to be stuck in pending status, and not processing. This is the first ECO generated in our production instance. Is there some step in setup that I may have missed. The approval status is APPROVED. It was created indentically to an ECO in Sandbox, which processed without error. The only difference is the role used to generate and initiate each. Production was a custom role, and Sandbox was as Admin.
