How to resolve incorrect Wave Template Results?
Hi,
We have some wave templates that have item record fields as filters such as 'brand' or item subcategory. Neither seem to work anymore. When we select a brand or an item category we are seeing results that don't match the filter. For example, we are selecting the "Leick" brand but we are seeing "Design House" brand orders in the wave results screen. This just started happening. What would cause this? How do we fix it? The wave templates are the same so I don't know what changed.
