How to set a Custom Sublist View that persists across roles?

Hi Gurus!

I try to customize the customer form (right on the form by way of customizing the "view") to indicate the sub in the sales tab for transactions. However, it seems that customization on the page is local user customization and when I switch roles, it disappears.

I also went to customization>forms>entry forms, but I can find this subsidiary field on a line level among sublists. The one in the "main" subtab pertains to the header level sub field, of course.
