Why is the new Location not showing in the Inventory Location column in Sales Orders?

We created a new inventory location but it is not visible on some sales orders. We have cross subsidiary fulfillment enabled. The Sales Order is under our US Subsidiary and the Location is listed as INT Event Tables. I can see the other INT Locations, so I am not sure what is not set so I can see this location.

I have the location available in all regions so I am not sure what else needs to be set

I opened a case with NS but wanted to reach out to the Guru's as well.
