How to set an identical home page dashboard per role?

Hello,

I am trying to find a way to create a unique dashboard (fixed saved searches that cannot be removed, related records, kpi etc.) according to a specific role.

We would like to have the same home page for each role so we know they all have the same visibility.

Is it possible? and if yes, how?
