How to get Sales Order Rate column value into Saved Search Results?

Hello,


I am experiencing an issue of not being able to display item rate column from sales order accurately in saved search results. This issue is because of unit of measure feature. Its always giving item rate value in base unit instead the actual rate which is on sales order line.

We are using multiple unit of measures with different conversion rates other wise i could have harcoded some math here.

Please advise if anyone has any thoughts on this
