How to Create a Suiteanalytics workbook which shows item last transaction date?

Dear all,


I am working on an item workbook and I am trying to only look at items which have a recent activity. (that have been sold in the last 2 years for example).


I know on a saved search I can check transaction date and summarize it, is there such a solution on a workbook ?
