Is there a standard report that shows Items needed to be purchased or built?

is there a standard report in NS for items to be ordered and when a work order is planned to be completed.

In Sage they would follow the below process:

Into Planning - Set the date they want to read the demand to (i.e. End of 2022) - Read Demand - Run MRP - That then provide a list of items that need to be purchased or built.
