Is it possible to split landed cost across multiple Purchase Orders?

Hi Is it possible to split landed cost across multiple Purchase Orders from a parent subsidiary so one Vendor Bill for Landed cost to the parent Sub


but the landed cost then needs to be split across multiple PO's across child subsidiaries


Has anyone done this, is this possible
