Why are my FAM (Fixed Asset Management) Process Status showing as "Unknown"?

The FAM disposal doesn't seem to be working at the moment

I have already attempted the below solution provided on SuiteAnswers with no change:

Navigate to Customization > Scripting > Script Deployments

* In the Filter pane > Type = Scheduled

* Look for the ID customdeploy_fam_processmanager_ss

* Click the Edit link

* Status = Not Scheduled

* Under Schedule tab, select the Single Event

* Save and Execute

Please advise.
