Why are the Pending Expense Reports/ Check Requests Sent through Email Not showing in Dashboard?
When a colleague of mine receives emails to approve expense reports/check requests these items do not show up in their dashboard. So, if they miss an email and go to their dashboard to look for any pending items, the items do not show up. My colleague keeps having to go back to the email received and click on the actual link to access the item. Thoughts? Thanks!!
