Why does the Quote Form Footer Does Not Display All Text

Hello,

We are trying to add some language to the footer of a quote advanced PDF/HTML template. Below is a snap of the language we want to add to the footer. However, when we preview the template, some of the text does not display.

It looks like the last three lines of text are missing from the footer preview. Im not sure how to move the footer higher. I also tried making the text size smaller and moving the footer text box within the template but that doesnt seem to effect how it appears in the preview. Any help is greatly appreciated.
