What is the exchange rate used on Invoice?

Hi Experts,

Can you please help confirm that the exchange rate used on an Invoice is on Invoice Creation Date or Invoice Date in NS? For example: My Invoice had the same date as my Sales Order from where it was issued which is 12/1/2022 but it was created on 12/10/2022. The exchange rate will be used from 12/1/2022 OR 12/10/2022?
